Jessica Mumuagh, RD, LD, CNSC
As a former NCAA Division 1 athlete in Cross Country and Track and Field, Jessica discovered the transformative power of food and nutrition in optimizing athletic performance. With this newfound knowledge, she continued to explore the advantages of properly timed nutrition to maintain energy levels throughout her marathon training and races. Her journey ignited a passion to pursue a career in nutrition, stemming from the delicate balance of fueling the body amidst the demands of lifestyle and sports.
Now, as a dedicated dietitian, Jessica is committed to guiding clients towards optimal nutrition and sustainable solutions tailored to their unique lifestyles and aspirations. Her counseling focus is in weight management, general health & wellness, cardiovascular health, diabetes, and sport/performance nutrition. With over 6 years of experience in the acute care setting, Jessica can also work with clients who are dependent on tube feeding. Whether you’re looking to enhance your performance through nutrition, improve your current health condition, or simply adopt a healthier lifestyle, Jessica is here to guide and support you every step of the way.
In her free time, Jessica enjoys spending time in the sun with her family, going on long runs, and walks with her Australian Shepherds.

Chelsea Honrath, RD, NCSF-CPT
Chelsea’s passion for nutrition and pursuing a career as a Registered Dietitian (RD) stems from her personal struggles navigating gastrointestinal (GI) issues through most of her teenage/young adult life. From being confused about what to eat, to missing out on experiences due to uncomfortable symptoms, and succumbing to diet trends, Chelsea sought help from a RD who educated and empowered her to alleviate discomfort and restriction through nutrition and wellness.
Now, with a deep understanding of the intricate relationship between diet and digestive health and with years of experience specializing in GI disorders, such as IBS, IBD, SIBO, Celiac Disease, and many more, Chelsea is dedicated to empowering clients with practical strategies to optimize their GI wellness. She cuts through the nutritional noise and provides evidenced-based guidance rooted through scientific research, enabling clients to make informed decisions about their nutrition. Together we’ll identify triggers, alleviate symptoms, and work towards restoring balance to the digestion system.
When Chelsea is away from her desk, she enjoys spending time with her husband and young son, as well as surfing, hiking, and gardening.
